Take out Verizon SIM card and install Visible SIM card. Once it showed it was a Verizon phone, I went to the APN settings and put in the Visible APN settings. When I did this this changed the setup of the phone and the AT&T memory was gone and it was showing a Verizon cell phone in the settings. Once I installed the Verizon SIM card I did a reset and restart. With that said, I took my Verizon SIM card out of the v40 and installed it in the Samsung Galaxy Note 8. Since the phone was previously on AT&T, it had a memory of those settings in the phone. I installed the settings like it said, but it did not work. I went to the website Reddit, on how to change the APN settings on my phone. I went through all the steps, and it did not work. Once activated I took it back out of the v40 and installed it in the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 phone. Once the SIM card arrived I took my Verizon sim card out of my v40 and installed the Visible SIM card into it and activated it. So when I placed my order, I used that IMIE number to be able to set up an account. I currently have a Verizon v40 phone that said it was compatible for Visible phone service. I wanted to change to Visible because it was a cheaper and better deal for me and my family. It was previously on AT&T and I had them unlock it. I have a Samsung Note 8 that said it was non compatible with Visible. I have read and studied how to get a non compatible phone to work on Visible.
